Key Account Manager Clients - JustMarkets Asia

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing their needs with the highest priority
Handle client requests efficiently and keep clients informed about company activities events and opportunities
Build and expand a portfolio of clients by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones
Strategically contact inactive clients to re-engage and convert them into active clients
Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry market trends and competitive landscape
Understand each client’s unique business activities needs and goals to provide tailored solutions
Assist clients in increasing their Lifetime Value (LTV) and achieving new milestones of success
Identify and qualify potential clients guiding them through the onboarding process to meet company standards
Achieve and strive to exceed KPI targets set by management
Continuously seek opportunities to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services
Commit to ongoing learning to enhance industry knowledge personal skills and professional expertise

At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the financial services industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles, including retail and institutional clients
Strategic vision for Business Development with a holistic approach to market opportunities
Demonstrated success in proactive sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving results
High ethical standards, integrity, and dependability in professional conduct
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multilingual, and global environment
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build alignment within the organization
Proficient in English and Vietnamese
