Responsibilities
- Strategically lead and direct the operations team to achieve organizational goals
- Drive the adoption of Lean practices to enhance efficiency and quality across the department
- Oversee complex projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Conduct performance reviews and implement workforce optimization strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to set and align strategic goals with business priorities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operational role with expertise in Lean systems and project management
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of risk management and compliance in financial operations
- Hands-on experience in operational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and process improvement frameworks
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools
- High precision in analyzing large data sets and producing accurate financial reports
- Strong interpersonal abilities to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
