Country Manager
Remote, Vietnam | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising the Sales Team, Key Account Clients, and Key Account Partners team within the assigned country, ensuring the achievement of sales and retention targets and client/partner satisfaction;
- Developing and implementing country-specific sales strategies, marketing plans, and business development initiatives in line with the company’s overall objectives;
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the teams, providing feedback, coaching, and support to drive continuous improvement;
- Collaborating with the Regional Manager and other Country Managers to share best practices, identify synergies, and promote cross-functional cooperation within the region;
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures within the assigned country;
- Manage and execute daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies;
- Oversee and ensure the seamless operation of legal functions within the office, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the country, acting as the primary point of contact for any escalations or issues;
- Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members within the assigned country;
- Providing regular reports and updates to the Regional Manager or Head of Business Development on the progress, challenges, and opportunities within the country;
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and local industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive within the country;
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager or Head of Business Development.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Business or Sales & Marketing field;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
- 5+ years experience in a Sales, Partnership and Business Development position in a financial services company;
- Previous experience working on the same position;
- Professional background in a Financial/Broker company;
- Experience of achieving results in local market;
- Experience in managing team.
