Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talents
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates
  • Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism
  • Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates through ongoing relationship management
  • Develop and maintain talent maps for key positions of the company, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
  • Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Use data-driven insights and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in 360 recruitment with expertise hiring for executive level positions
  • Strong understanding of leadership skills set and core values assessment (eg. competency based interviewing, STAR, PARLA), and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Expertise hiring on international markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to make well-informed decisions and provide clear, persuasive arguments
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using ATS, HRIS and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
