Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives;
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and forecast workforce requirements;
  • Manage and lead a high-performance recruitment team, providing guidance and coaching;
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring efficiency and consistency;
  • Establish and maintain global recruitment standards, policies, and procedures;
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation globally;
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams for effective employer brand promotion;
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging markets;
  • Implement proactive recruitment strategies to address talent shortages and industry trends;
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and external partners;
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective partnerships;
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess strategy effectiveness;
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management;
    Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices;
    Sstay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience as a Head of Recruitment (preferably in an IT product company);
  • Proven team management experience with a team of 20+ in an international setting;
  • Successful track record in launching recruitment strategies and expanding into new markets;
  • Expertise in building recruitment processes in different countries and markets;
  • Proficient in optimizing and implementing improvements in recruitment processes;
  • Data-driven approach, including launching performance management systems;
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convince opponents of the truth of their judgments Mastery of various
  • Candidate assessment tools and interview methodologies;
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and sharing recruitment expertise.
  • Product company experience with a product-focused recruiting approach;
  • Strong leadership and people management skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
  • Familiarity with international labour markets and diverse cultures;
  • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition marketing.
