HR Business Partner

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and business units, fostering effective communication and relationship-building
- Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Translate company culture and values
- Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers
- Conduct performance management activities, including performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in collaboration with management
Requirements
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
- Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures
- Experience with HR metrics
- Experience with HR policy guidance
- Experience with HR standards and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Proactivity, analytical, goal oriented, openness, self-education, business orientation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills
