Talent Acquisition Lead (IT unit)

Remote, Europe | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Leading IT recruiting unit and ensuring high quality of hire;
  • Management, mentoring and coaching of the recruitment team;
  • Effectively leading end to end recruitment process (pipeline, recruitment flow effectiveness etc);
  • Ensure quality IT recruitment activities and deliverables are in line with recruitment KPIs;
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the Talent acquisition area;
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and analytics;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements

  • 5 years in successful handling end to end IT recruitment;
  • 2 years in managing IT recruitment team in a fast-paced environment;
  • In-depth experience in successfully sourcing and hiring quality candidates;
  • Being a ‘hands-on’ and goal-oriented person;
  • Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Client-orientation, highly responsive and customers oriented (service focused);
  • Self-starter and highly motivated;
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities;
  • Critical thinker, problem-solver who focuses on continuous improvement;
  • English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
