Graphic Designer
Remote, Europe | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Work on the main products with design product lead;
- Create landing pages for different traffic channels;
- Development and support of corporate style, and design system;
- Development of creative design for advertising campaigns in social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta);
- Design for branded products (merch, gifts, etc.).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing in a relevant position;
- Excellent skills in design tools in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Competitor analysis, research references, design trend analysis and the skill to adapt to an existing brand;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment;
- Proven record of UI/UX designs for SaaS, B2C;
- Development of POS materials and working with mockups;
- The ability or the willingness to learn how to track conversion rates of landing pages;
- Portfolio showcasing experience in landing pages, creating adaptive landing pages, and user-oriented design;
- Being self-organised and responsible, able to estimate own tasks;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- English Intermediate level or higher.
Will be a plus
- Experience in the FinTech, crypto, betting, gambling, or education field;
- Experience conducting user research and testing;
- Understanding of UI/UX, responsive, Mobile-first, Design Thinking concepts;
- Working with 3D or animation.
