Influence Marketing Manager

Remote, Europe | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Create ad integrations together with the creative team;
  • Systematically search for content creators and provide creative content for marketing activities to attract users to our networks;
  • Evaluate the quality, relevance, and originality of content submitted by creators to ensure it meets our requirements and platforms’ policies;
  • Track and analyze data to optimize the direction, strategy, and value of influencer content;
  • Develop and launch campaigns with influencers (focus on the Asian market);
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, relevant technical tools, platforms, and emerging content creators to maintain a competitive edge in content acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Influence management experience at a B2C brand, preferably within financial services (but not obligatory);
  • A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPl’s, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies;
  • Experience with social media / Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ,, Telemetr.io, Modash, etc.);
  • A deep knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape with a proven track record of identifying talent aligned with brand values, and successfully securing and managing partnerships;
  • Working with Asian market is required (at least one of the listed: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Thailand);
  • Established and maintained industry contacts and relations;
  • An understanding of brand marketing and the role talent plays in brand strategy;
  • Excellent organizational abilities;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging narratives;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize unique and innovative communication strategies;
  • Well-versed with public relations tools and social media platforms & trends;
  • Strong negotiation skills.
