Product Manager (Mobile and Trading)

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for our mobile and trading products that aligns with the company’s rapid growth objectives
- Lead the development and enhancement of mobile trading platforms, integrating advanced trading functionalities and user-centric designs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and trading teams to deliver seamless and high-performing mobile experiences
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and innovation
- Improve the user experience by creating simple and user-friendly UI/UX designs and features that boost trader engagement and satisfaction
- Utilise analytics and A/B testing to continuously refine and optimise the mobile and trading products
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on company growth
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and increased trading activity through mobile platforms
- Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on product goals
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Prioritise product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and market demands
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, with 2 years in mobile applications and trading platforms within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and the needs of retail traders
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and delivering successful mobile and trading products in the CFD or forex markets
- Strong proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualifications is a plus
- Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
