Assess and manage trading risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks
Implement risk management strategies and adheres to risk limits set by the company
Conduct in-depth analysis of Forex markets, including technical and fundamental analysis, to identify trading opportunities and make informed trading decisions
Monitor and analyse market prices, spreads, and liquidity providers to ensure competitive pricing for clients
Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports, including trade volumes, profitability, and market trends
Provide reports to management and relevant stakeholders as required
Support of other departments regarding the emails from clients and deal with their requests or complaints
Collaborate with other team members: customer support, compliance and back-office officers, etc. to share insights, exchange information, and contribute to overall trading strategies and goals
Monitor the market at all times and be informed on all economic events, market holidays and arrange for any adjustments to be made to specific markets or financial instruments
Ensure that the company’s Trading Platform/s are operational and provide up-to-date information throughout on prices and news;
Responsible for monitoring pricing and clients’ execution
Responsible for ensuring the Company’s hedged exposure is correct and accurate
Use all reporting tools at your disposal to take actions or make suggestions for improvements where possible
Perform any other tasks assigned

Degree in Finance, Economics, or any other related field
CySec Certificate Basic or Advanced will be considered an advantage
At least 3 years of experience as a Dealer within a forex brokerage or financial institution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of trading strategies and risk management techniques
Proficient in using trading platforms (MT4&5 Administrator & Manager), order management systems, analytical tools and Bridge technologies
Understanding of hedging mechanics
Sound understanding of relevant regulations, including AML and KYC procedures
Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work well under pressure
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Excel, SQL will be considered a plus
Very good numerical and analytical skills

Ability to work in shifts on a weekly basis
